Tips Mengatasi Asam Lambung
Asam lambung adalah kondisi di mana lambung menghasilkan asam yang berlebihan, sehingga menyebabkan rasa sakit dan tidak nyaman di bagian dada dan perut. Asam lambung dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti pola makan yang tidak seimbang, stres, dan kebiasaan merokok. Berikut adalah beberapa tips untuk mengatasi asam lambung:
1. Foods to Eat
People with stomach acid should eat a balanced diet that is not too heavy. Some foods that are good for people with stomach acid are:
