Seberapa pentingkah bisa Berbahasa Inggris itu?

Saat ini, penggunaan bahasa inggris bukan digunakan sebagai penghubung bahasa komunikasi antar negara saja, tapi juga sudah mulai merambah ke berbagai bidang lain, contohnya media massa.
Pada jaman yang telah modern ini, telah banyak media massa yang menggunakan bahasa inggris dalam mempublikasikan berita serta hal-hal unik lainnya. Untuk itulah sebagai bangsa yang ingin maju, kita juga harus sanggup berbicara dalam bahasa inggris agar jika suatu hari diperlukan, kita akan dengan mudah mengerti apa yang ingin disampaikan dunia.
Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris telah menjadi salah satu lifeskill yang sangat penting khususnya para generasi muda bangsa. Bukan hanya sebagai alat komunikasi tapi bisa dijadikan kunci untuk membuka berbagai peluang masa depan dan hidup lebih baik. Dengan menguasai bahasa inggris memungkinkan membuka peluang pada genre kehidupan, baik itu pendidikan, bisnis, seni, dan teknologi.
Bahasa Inggris adalah salah satu bahasa yang umum digunakan di dunia. Masyarakat mudah berkomunikasi dan menjalankan rutinitas serta bisnis sehari-hari. Ini telah menjadi bahasa kedua di banyak belahan dunia. Oleh karena itu, setidaknya dua alasan utama secara pribadi kenapa bahasa inggris itu perlu.
Pertama, pertumbuhan pribadi. Mempelajari bahasa Inggris membuka kotak Pandora, yang mendorong kita menjadi warga global, menjadikan kita penerima informasi dan berita pertama dan langsung.
Kedua, sebagai sarana mencari nafkah, mencari nafkah sebagai pelatih dan guru bahasa Inggris. Karena alasan ekonomi dan kebutuhan akan pengetahuan, sebagian besar pembelajar bahasa memerlukan pelatih untuk mengoptimalkan keterampilan mereka dan mencapai skor yang disyaratkan pada tes berstandar internasional seperti IELTS, iBT TOEFL, dan SAT.
Berikut alasan lain bahwa Belajar bahasa Inggris sangat penting :
1. Komunikasi Global: Bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa internasional yang digunakan di banyak negara di dunia. Menguasai bahasa Inggris mempermudah komunikasi dengan orang dari berbagai belahan dunia.
2. Akses ke Informasi: Sebagian besar konten di internet, jurnal akademis, artikel, dan buku ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris. Dengan menguasainya, kita bisa mengakses berbagai sumber informasi yang lebih luas.
3. Peluang Karir: Banyak perusahaan global atau perusahaan besar yang mengutamakan keterampilan bahasa Inggris. Kemampuan bahasa Inggris bisa membuka peluang kerja yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan daya saing di dunia kerja.
4. Kemajuan Pendidikan: Banyak universitas ternama menggunakan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar di program-program internasional. Menguasai bahasa Inggris membantu memudahkan proses belajar dan memahami materi pelajaran.
5. Perkembangan Teknologi: Banyak inovasi teknologi dan perangkat lunak menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Dengan memahami bahasa Inggris, kita bisa mengikuti perkembangan teknologi terkini dan memanfaatkannya dengan lebih efektif.
6. Jaringan Sosial: Bahasa Inggris memungkinkan kita untuk bertemu dan berinteraksi dengan banyak orang dari berbagai latar belakang budaya. Ini memperluas jaringan sosial dan membuka peluang untuk pengalaman baru.
Kesimpulannya, bahasa Inggris ibarat pembuluh darah, yang memberi ribuan peluang di masa depan sebagai warga global.
