Sabtu, 15 Nopember 2025 telah dilaksanakan upacara pembukaan kegiatan latihan dasar kepemimpinan organisasi yang ada di Man 3 Kuningan. Seluruh peserta terlihat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini.
Kegiatan dilaksanakan dari pukul 08.00-16.00 WIB. Dalam sambutannya, pembina kesiswaan Andi Suwandi M.Pd mengatakan bahwa LDK Gabungan ini baru dilaksanakan tahun ini. A
dapun peserta kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh pengurus OSIS, MPK, Pramuka, PMR, serta seluruh siswa yang tergabung dalam ekstrakurikuler.
Kepala Man 3 Kuningan Winarto S.Pd M.Pd menambahkan bahwa keputusan ini diambil berdasarkan kebijakan kepala Man 3 Kuningan dengan harapan meningkatkan kekompakan antar sesama organisasi, menumbuhkan minat siswa akan keikutsertaan dalam ekstrakurikuler dan meminimalisir siswa membolos sekolah dengan alasan telah mengikuti Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan dalam beberapa waktu yang berbeda.
