Kegiatan Donor Darah di MAN 3 Kuningan
Kegiatan donor darah yang diselenggarakan oleh Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MAN 3 Kuningan bekerja sama dengan PMI Kabupaten Kuningan merupakan aksi kemanusiaan yang bertujuan untuk membantu ketersediaan stok darah di wilayah tersebut.
Dalam kegiatan ini, para siswa, guru, staf sekolah, serta masyarakat sekitar diundang untuk berpartisipasi sebagai pendonor darah. Selain itu, acara ini juga menjadi ajang edukasi bagi siswa PMR tentang pentingnya donor darah, prosedur medis yang aman, serta manfaat kesehatan bagi pendonor dan penerima darah.
Biasanya, kegiatan donor darah seperti ini dilengkapi dengan pemeriksaan kesehatan awal bagi calon pendonor, termasuk pengecekan tekanan darah dan kadar hemoglobin. Tim medis dari PMI Kabupaten Kuningan akan memastikan setiap prosedur berjalan sesuai standar keselamatan.
PMI Kabupaten Kuningan secara rutin mengadakan kegiatan donor darah setiap tiga bulan sekali di berbagai lokasi.
Sebelum mengikuti kegiatan donor darah, pastikan Anda memenuhi persyaratan umum sebagai pendonor, seperti:
- Berusia antara 17 hingga 60 tahun
- Berat badan minimal 45 kg
- Dalam kondisi sehat
- Tidak sedang mengonsumsi obat-obatan tertentu
- Disarankan untuk mengonsumsi makanan bergizi dan cukup istirahat sebelum mendonorkan darah.
